Delivered as a coach training programme for senior leaders and managers in Academies

Yet, we also know that the development of such skills within school leaders does not come easy. As it means developing:

• Having the confidence and skill set required to work constructively with challenging adult behaviours

We understand that for Academy leaders and managers, often working in complex and demanding contexts that the above challenges are all too real.

Which is why Integrity Coaching offers a Coach Training Programme specifically for Academy leaders and managers to assist them in the development of coaching as a key skill for bringing out the best in ones self and others.

The training is delivered as 6 days across a full school year and is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management as an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Leadership & Management.
