A programme to increase the capacity of Local Authorities to respond to the CPD ( Continuum Professional Development ) needs of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Staff. Integrity coaching works with Local Authority Officers like you, who want to;

- Develop their coaching skills and capacity for working 1:1 with BME professionals and helping them to fulfill their potential
