The structure of the programme incrementally increases the capacity of individuals, groups and eventually the organisation to problem solve!

  • Core days 1 & 2: Individuals increase knowledge and understanding of the key principles theories and core coaching concepts
  • Practice Sessions: Groups practice skills and develop confidence in coaching one another in finding solutions to real life work based challenges
  • Networks: The organisation uses the groups to build coaching networks and increase the organisation’s capacity for problem solving and producing a productive and committed workforce

Delivery

Typically this is a two day programme followed by 3 to 6 half day sessions. However, the programme can be tailored to match organisational needs and priorities
