1:1 Coaching for Headteachers and Senior Leaders
I was very fortunate to be coached by Viv Grant from Integrity Coaching, who came highly recommended by a colleague. Integrity was certainly central to Viv’s work with me and was the guiding principal in my reflection, realisation and thinking through the multitude of issues and challenges that being a Headteacher attracts. As an experienced Headteacher, I was used to the busy school day, evenings and occasional weekends, but coaching enabled me to develop a greater self awareness and work life balance. The thought process and skills around addressing issues that I learnt through coaching also remains with me and means that I can fulfil my vision as a Headteacher. I am energised, confident and committed to using and promoting coaching with my staff team.
