Specialist services are delivered by the director of Integrity Coaching, Viv Grant.

Viv has a wealth of experience and expertise in developing strategies to maximise the performance of individuals from black and minority ethnic backgrounds. A former successful headteacher, since 2002 she has worked as leadership consultant and coach; for the National College for School Leadership, the London Centre for Leadership in Learning, the DfES, a number of local Authorities and on a wide range of independently commissioned leadership development programmes.

Viv is passionate about the work that she does as a Leadership Coach and believes that coaching can be ‘the key to success’ for many BME professionals.

• Programme Director for SHINE: A pilot programme for aspiring BME headteachers at the London Centre for Leadership in Learning. The Programme is now known as Investing in Diversity and has made a significant contribution to the professional development of senior BME leaders in schools across London
• Co-design of ASPIRE, a pilot programme for first line BME managers in the FE Sector
