As the programme director for SHINE, the London Centre for Leadership in Learning’s first ever pilot programme for Black and Minority Ethnic [BME] teachers, Viv Grant paved the way for it to develop into the successful programme that is now known today as Investing in Diversity.

She has extensive breadth knowledge and understanding of the issues that impact on the performance of BME professionals. Through her range of experience across a variety of sectors; she has designed and developed a number of programmes that have helped organisations to successfully develop and extend the leadership potential and performance of BME leaders and managers.
