Our Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and refund requests for Integrity Coaching programmes or events must be made in writing or via email and will be followed according to the policy indicated below.
1) Transferring your Place – If a programme or event delegate is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, someone else to attend in their place.
2) Deferring your Place – If a programme or event delegate is unable to attend an event for any reason they may request to attend the next running of the programme or event in question, subject to availability and at the discretion of the Integrity Coaching team.
3) Refunds – Where the programme or event delegate is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person or to another event, then the following refund arrangements apply:
More than 30 Days before – Places cancelled more than 30 days before the event are eligible for an 100% refund, in the form of a credit note.
Less than 30 Days – Places cancelled less than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund, in the form of a credit note.
Less than 14 Days – Places cancelled less than 14 days before before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.
