Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and refund requests for Integrity Coaching programmes or events must be made in writing or via email and will be followed according to the policy detailed below.

Tickets For A Celebratory Evening for Viv Grant’s New Book “Learning To Walk In The Dark”
This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking website and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.
As the Event Organiser hosting this event, Integrity Coaching is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact rachel@integritycoaching.co.uk.
Transferring your Place
If you are unable to attend this event for any reason, you may request to have a colleague attend in your place. This is subject to the discretion of the Integrity Coaching team and must be requested at least 2 working days before the event.
- Your ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
- Your ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
- Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
- This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments.
- The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
Refunds
Where the programme or event delegate is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person or to another event/programme, then the following refund arrangements apply:
- More than 30 Days before – Places cancelled more than 30 days before the event/programme are eligible for an 100% refund, in the form of a credit note.
- Less than 30 Days – Places cancelled less than 30 days before the event/programme are eligible for a 50% refund, in the form of a credit note.
- Less than 14 Days – Places cancelled less than 14 days before the event/programme are no longer eligible for a refund.
If a programme or event is subject to rescheduling or cancellation by Integrity Coaching, then the Integrity Coaching office will inform you via email at the earliest available opportunity.
Arrangements will be then be made to ensure alternative suitable date(s) can be found to deliver this event/programme.
Should this not be possible or the programme unable to be delivered, you will be entitled to a 100% refund in the form of a credit note.

Deferring your Place
If you are unable to attend an event for any reason, you may request to attend the next running of the programme or event in question. This is subject to availability and at the discretion of the Integrity Coaching team and must be requested at least 5 working days before the programme/event is due to commence.
Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with our privacy policy

1:1 Coaching Sessions
If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled 1:1 Coaching Session, you are fully responsible for informing both your coach and the Integrity Coaching office.
Please let us know at least 3 working days in advance, otherwise Integrity Coaching reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee or to consider the session spent, to cover any travel costs that may have been made in advance of the session and related coach fees.
If the sessions are subject to rescheduling by the Coach, then the Coach will inform you via email at the earliest available opportunity and seek to reschedule the session for a later date.
