Viv Grant is an Executive Coach, Author, and Public Speaker with over 30 years of experience in education and leadership. Known for her transformative work with School Leaders, Viv’s journey took a profound turn when she was diagnosed with Uterine Serous Carcinoma. This is a rare and aggressive type of cancer that is predominant in Women of Colour.

From this challenging time emerged Learning to Walk in the Dark, a deeply personal exploration of resilience, courage, and purpose. Through her work, Viv has inspired countless leaders to find strength in vulnerability and lead with greater compassion and integrity.
