The session offers a confidential space to reflect on the relationships that matter most at work, openly share the inevitable ups and downs, and use the lens of Transactional Analysis (TA) to optimise mutual understanding and support. Interactive virtual breakout rooms will enable honest, peer-to-peer discussion in a safe and supportive environment.
If you are curious about what Transactional Analysis is, it is widely used in educational, corporate and therapeutic settings to help us understand ourselves, others, and how we relate – Tim will explain more about TA in this session.

Tim brings 27 years of experience teaching and leading in six comprehensive schools, culminating in a headship in Wiltshire, alongside 15 years as an education consultant working internationally. A trained Transactional Analysis practitioner, he coaches education and business leaders to build resilient, humane leadership and sustainable organisational change.
