Hope For Today & Tomorrow (HFTT) is a place-based partnership between Integrity Coaching Ltd and YouthTheGap CIC, creating whole-school change across areas of high need/deprivation.
By working with both pupils and Headteachers, HFTT builds informed young people and resilient school leaders — because lasting change happens when both grow together.
What is the Partnership?
HFTT brings together two complementary programmes:
- Anti-Racist Changemakers (YouthTheGap) – working with pupils
- Leadership for Hope (Integrity Coaching Ltd) – supporting Headteachers
Together, we create a connected model of impact:
Informed Pupils → Active Allies → Resilient Leaders → Stable Schools → Stronger Futures
Who This Is For
- Schools serving high-deprivation communities (IMD 1–3)
- Headteachers facing sustained pressure and burnout risk
- Trusts and local authorities seeking stability
- Funders aiming to create measurable social impact
Why This Matters
Schools are under increasing pressure – from safeguarding and mental health needs to staffing and funding challenges.
At the same time, Headteacher turnover remains high, particularly in the communities that need stability most.

Our Approach
Empowering Young People
Anti-Racist Changemakers equips pupils with:
- Understanding of racism and anti-racism
- Confidence to speak and lead
- Practical allyship skills
Learning extends beyond the classroom into families and communities.
Sustaining School Leaders
Leadership for Hope provides:
- 1:1 executive coaching across 12 months
- Space for reflection and complex decision-making
- Tools to manage pressure and emotional load
This strengthens resilience and helps leaders sustain themselves in role.

HFTT delivers measurable, system-wide outcomes:
- Increased pupil confidence and understanding

- Increased Headteacher retention
Around 6,000 pupils and 200–300 staff benefit through strengthened leadership.
